I kinda put myself in the corner with this one. I was going to make it a three parter (maybe I still can) But I don't think there's any anime/manga picture where a cop pulls someone over. I made this a few days ago actually. but like I said I got stuck on how to make the other caption pics.

Sorry for not posting in a while. I've just been busy. Not to mention some (so called) writers block! Although I'm not much of a writer to begin with. I do have some longer stories, I'm just a little stalled on how to finish them. Will post more stuff soon.
